Intervention was scheduled yesterday for Dylan Wilson. His preliminary hearing for April 12 was confirmed.
Wilson was arrested in 2016 for allegedly assaulting a 12 year old on her way to school in Arcata.
Since then he has been to Napa State hospital, had his competency restored.
Wilson is charged with two felonies. Count 1 Forcible Lewd Act Upon a Child and Count 2 Assault with intent to commit a felony on a victim under 18; " intent to commit rape, sodomy and oral copulation" is alleged in the complaint.
