Preliminary hearing for Dylan Wilson, charged with assault of a 12 year old girl, now scheduled for March 15

These settings and continuances have nothing of substance to report lately. What it made it worthwhile to go to court this morning was to see one of my favorite Judges, in action.

I am a big fan of Mendocino Superior Court Judge Ann C. Moorman and she is covering for Judge John Feeney in Courtroom 1 this week (not Friday)

Setting for Dylan Wilson's preliminary hearing was scheduled this morning.  Preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 15. Intervention March 13.

Wilson's Deputy Public Defender Luke Brownfield is currently in a jury trial. Deputy Public Defender Rory Kalin appeared in court on his behalf today.

Deputy  District Attorney Stacey Eads is prosecuting the case.

  2. This case has dragged out too long. Get this low life into court and find him guilty of child abduction. Stop accepting the defense's tricks!
