Probation search in King Salmon results in 2 arrests, heroin, weed and drug paraphernelia






On the evening of November 3rd, 2016, Humboldt County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) Deputies conducted a Probation search in the 100 block of Perch Street in King Salmon, in response to tips that drug activity was occurring there. Upon arrival, Deputies contacted and detained three adults at the trailer.

A search of the trailer resulted in the seizure of approximately 16.1 grams of heroin, approximately 2 pounds of marijuana bud, approximately 2 pounds of marijuana trim, digital scales, packaging materials, and drug paraphernalia. Two cellular phones were seized, and will later be processed for evidence.




As a result of the search, Deputies arrested 56 year old Tommy Duncan and 45 year old Monika Wissel, both of King Salmon, for maintaining a drug house, drug sales, and other related charges. The other adult on scene was issued a citation for an outstanding traffic warrant and released.
