Sexual battery suspect Arda Kizilay's preliminary hearing was scheduled for Monday 9/22/25. On 9/16, his attorney, Ms. Kathleen Bryson's motion to continue was granted.
Pre trial and confirmation of interpreter is scheduled for 11/13; preliminary hearing for 11/20/25.
11/1325: Preliminary hearing remains set for 11/20/25.
11/20/25: Defense motion to continue preliminary hearing granted. Setting of preliminary hearing on 12/11.
