On the agenda for the Humboldt County Board of Supervisors September 23 meeting, under BOS closed session item #4 "consider discipline, dismissal and/or release of a public employee." I will follow up when County employees are back on Monday. I put in a PRA request.
Under County Counsel closed session there are several lawsuits listed on I have been reporting on before they were on the agenda.
