Jonathan Eisenhard Marcks, Jr case was sentenced today. Marcks entered a plea and resolved his case before the preliminary hearing. Marcks pleaded guilty to Count 4 PC 273.5 (a) domestic violence ; no additional jail time.
Today, Judge Kaleb Cockrum sentenced Marcks and placed him on 3 years probation. Credit given for 112 days and considered time served.
Deputy District Attorney Brandon Boozari is the prosecutor for the case. Conflict Counsel Supervising Attorney Meagan O'Connell represents Marcks.
