Congressman Fine introduced the "Jail Act" aka Judicial Accountability for Irresponsible Leniency Act

 

Yesterday, Congressman Randy Fine (R- FL) introduced H.R.5312, the Judicial Accountability for Irresponsible Leniency Act aka the  "JAIL Act" which would authorize civil actions against judges and government entities who release repeat offenders on bail and for other purposes.
