Yesterday, three of Analia Martinez's cases were on for diversion review in the morning; yesterday afternoon she was booked for violating a restraining order

Yesterday, Analia Martinez had a diversion hearing scheduled in three of her cases. Future dates of 1/12/26 and 3/23/26 were scheduled in those cases.

I have covered Martinez extensively and do not have time to link all the posts. This is the last post I did and it has links to all prior coverage.

The jail log lists she was booked into the jail by HCSO Sgt. Eric Losey yesterday afternoon for PC 273.6(a) violating a restraining order. She posted bond. This is a new arrest but not the first time she has been arrested for that charge.

Judge Kaleb Cockrum should have never granted her mental health diversion. It is not just her ex but a local attorney, me and others who Martinez gets fixated on instead of looking in the mirror. She isn't the first offender Judge Cockrum has granted mental health diversion despite objections by the DA. That was another case I covered and that defendant threatened me in broad daylight. I called EPD at least twice about him. Judge Cockrum is up for re-election next year. If public safety is important to you, do your research.

I had also been waiting for Judge Timothy Canning's ruling in her family law case where she was declared a vexatious litigant. Thank you Judge Canning.

I had to speak to Public Defender Luke Brownfield due to some emails I have received in the past from Martinez and other behavior. I have spoken to Det. Shane Steele about Martinez in the past. Martinez is aware of the last email she sent me.

10/20/25: Picked up another traffic case.
