Yesterday in Anna Nusslock vs St. Joseph Health of Northern California and Providence St. Joseph Health a protective order, another pro hac vice application from another attorney, Benjamin T. On June 9, pro.hac vice applications for Emily Gabos, Noel Leon and Emily Mannheimer. This is in addition to An-Hong Tran the only attorney listed in e court under parties for Nusslock.
There is a hearing on 10/6/25 on the pro hac vice application for Kenna Titus and a case management conference on 10/27/24.
There is no protective entered in e court as of this morning. Just the application fee for pro hac vice application is $500 plus $12.50 service fee from the State Bar totaling $512.50.
On September 2, in this lawsuit, Humboldt Superior Court Judge Timothy Canning sustained St. Joe's demurrer with 30 days leave to amend.
This lawsuit is not the one filed by the State of California because her lead attorney in this lawsuit is a private law firm.
I already reported in August on that lawsuit.
