Robert Calvin Lewis was arrested by HCSO yesterday for PC 290.011(a) failure to register by a transient sex offender.
He has several cases in Humboldt Superior Court. 42 search results but there are several duplicates and I am not going to sit and count every single one. Even with the duplicates, over 30 cases and most of them criminal.
