Took these photos at 1:41 p.m. No one was arrested. Only recognized EPD Officer Ben Altic. One of the EPD officers gave his card to the man in scrubs. Looks like a civil dispute. Heard the guy in scrubs say something about "respect."
Just another day in Eureka with EPD taking care of issues that do not make headlines, arrests but peaceful, professional resolution.
