Humboldt County District Attorney filed a complaint today against convicted felon Shaine Scott Haugen charging him with 6 misdemeanors. He was arraigned this afternoon. Judge Steven Steward appointed Conflict Counsel's office to represent Haugen. Bail is $10,000. OR bail on 9/23, trial confirmation on 10/7 and jury trial on 10/13.
Haugen has a family law case in Humboldt Superior Court which was transferred from Michigan.
