Convicted felon and battery suspect Shaine Scott Haugen remains out on bail posted by Bill Davidson bonds , Retired Judge Christopher Wilson ordered Haugen to file a financial statement. Haugen is to stay away from Arcata City Hall with an exception made for Arcata Police Department.
Trial confirmation rescheduled to 11/13; jury trial 11/17.
