Sacramento resident, 64 year old Anibal Hernandez Santana, a suspect in the drive by shooting yesterday of ABC 10's lobby was arrested by Sacramento Police yesterday. No one was injured.
Santana was booked for assault with a deadly weapon, shooting into an occupied building and negligent discharge of a firearm. He posted bail today.
Later the same day, he was arrested by the FBI and charged with violating federal statute 47 U.S. Code § 333 - Willful or malicious interference. "No person shall willfully or maliciously interfere with or cause interference to any radio communications of any station licensed or authorized by or under this chapter or operated by the United States Government."
Santana has a court appearance Monday in federal court and Tuesday in Sacramento Superior Court on the local charges.
