Another lawsuit Roy Gomez loses, another ruling against him by Commissioner Kaber, plaintiff in this case awarded $2,400 plus cost of lawsuit and service fees

 

I reported on yet another lawsuit involving Roy Gomez on June 15. Michael Mangahas sued Roy Gomez

Humboldt Superior Court Commissioner Sarah Kaber took the matter under submission. On 9/5, Commissioner Kaber signed her ruling on 9/4/25. It was filed on 9/5/25. Once again, Gomez lost. Once again, Commissioner Kaber ruled against Gomez. Judgement in favor of  Mangahas for $2,400 plus cost of lawsuit and service fees.
