On August 29, I reported on an eminent domain lawsuit filed on 3/6/25 by the State of California against Green Diamond. Mr. Hunter Collins is listed as attorney for State of California. Green Diamond did not have an attorney listed and there were no appearances in court for Green Diamond, American AGcredit and Commonwealth Land Title Company.

Since court minutes sometimes can take a few days, especially in civil and family law cases in Humboldt Superior Court, they were not included with other court documents in that post.
A dismissal hearing is scheduled for 11/24/25.
