Byron Dean Titus, Jr. jury was finalized today. Minutes after noon, the four alternates were sworn in by the Court clerk. Judge Gregory Elvine-Kreis told the jurors to return at 1:30 on March 7 for initial jury instructions and opening arguments.
Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal is the prosecutor. Mr. Zach Curtis is Titus's attorney in the homicide case.
Titus represented himself in his writ of habeas corpus case which was dismissed on 2/28/22. Titus filed it on 2/22/22.
