Markis Shirley arrested on Ramey and bench warrant

Markis CapriceDeway Shirley was arrested  on a Ramey warrant and a bench warrant booked yesterday on two charges for criminal threats, one for  PC3455(A), one for PC182(A)(1), one PC211 and PC245(A)(2).

In April 18, 2019, I posted  "After multiple arrests and violations of probations, Markis Shirley is finally doing some prison time. In one of his 2018 cases, Shirley entered a plea to a stipulated term of 16 months, which is doubled due to a prior,according to court minutes."

In a 5/1/19 update,  "However, there were some questions about the court minutes and that plea and his sentencing was continued to 5/3."

I will follow up on Shirley next week.

Tamar Shirley never responded to me but it is interesting that he went MIA after this post. I still don't know if the two are connected but as this post suggests a Google searches show up a Tamar and Markis Shirley connection twice; once in an article.
