Chansley told FBI he came to D. C. "at the request of the President"

Jacob Chansely aka Jake Angeli  surrendered to special agents at the Phoenix field office Saturday morning and was taken into custody. 

Angeli was charged with " knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, and with violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds."
