"We are still filing out of custody cases but those charged are being given dates to appear in July. "

On March 16, I reported that the District Attorney's office was charging any cases "where person is out of custody and normally gets a letter unless the person is a danger to public safety." This was from District Attorney Maggie Fleming.

Today, I followed with DA Fleming. "We are still filing out of custody cases but those charged are being given dates to appear in July.  The court is not currently handling out of custody arraignments."
