Humboldt protestors will gather starting at 9 a.m today and they are only one of several rallies, demonstrations and protestors all over California speaking up against Governor Gavin Newsom and the statewide stay at home order .

Sacramento, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and San Diego are among "at least 11 rallies" according to ABC7.

"The rights of people are being suspended and the constitution trampled on and that's the biggest problem we have at this time," said Vivian Ray,a  Sacramento business owner. She mentions businesses being forced to close.

Ray says they have sent thousands of emails to Governor Newsom on this matter. She says despite the daily press briefings, there is a lack of response to their demands
