Yesterday, HCSO was looking for a warrant suspect in Shelter Cove. The suspect was not located. A female was arrested.
Today, HCSO PIO Samantha Karges gave me the following information in response to my inquiry.
"Yesterday, Jan. 1, Humboldt County Sheriff’s SWAT served a Steagald Warrant to investigate a tip that wanted subject Aaron Arlotta was at a residence on the 100 block of Eileen Road in Shelter Cove. Arlotta is wanted on charges of violation of parole. Based on investigative information, Arlotta was believed to possibly be armed and a threat to officer safety."
"During a search of the residence, Arlotta was not located. However, one female subject, 37-year-old Sarah Leone Griffin, was arrested for resisting a peace officer."
