It was not a case that made headlines or news. On 3/27, charges against Lorna Leen were dismissed. Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees was the prosecutor on the case; co counsel Deputy DA Jessica Watson. Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo represented Leen.
On 3/29, Christopher Shawn Redin was acquitted of all charges. Redin was represented by Mr. Russ Clanton. Deputy District Attorney Joel Buckingham was the prosecutor in the case.
