Intervention was scheduled for Gary Cudney on December 6. Preliminary hearing scheduled for December 12 was vacated. This is third continuance requested by the defense. There have been five continuances in total; only one by the District Attorney.
Defense motion to continue intervention to January 28 and the preliminary hearing to January 30 was granted.
Cudney is charged with the death of Dirty Dave. Mr. Manny Daskal is representing Cudney.
