Christine Silver, owner of Humboldt Soup Company, Sixth and E Neighborhood Eatery and the soon to open Delish on Fifth, is not quite ready to talk details or have me post photos about her latest venture.
The location is the former BLMC cafe, Fifth and F streets.
I took some photographs yesterday of some of the products and the interior described as kitchen store and modern deli but at Christine's request, I will save them until we talk again. She is fine with photos of the exterior and this article.
Christine and her staff are very busy getting the place ready to open. I am looking forward to getting that lunch I stopped by to get yesterday.
