CHP finally releases information on Fernbridge hit and run

So, why wasn't this information released earlier? Could have avoided a lot of questions. This definitive information could also have been provided yesterday to me either by Officer Paul Craft or Officer Harvey as well as released to me as I specifically asked for a press release.

Why hasnt Jeffry/Jeffrey Tsarnas been booked? There is no recent case in the court system. Has even an initial report been submitted to the DA?

I contacted Ms. Elan Firpo who is representing Jeff Tsarnas in a lawsuit against Marci Kitchen.  If this Jeffry Tsarnas is the same as that Jeff Tsarnas, he has not contacted Ms. Firpo.

Court records have a date of birth listed for Jeffrey Tsarnas but not Jeffry Tsarnas. A complaint from 2015 lists both names.

In the cases listed above is the family law case for Jeff Tsarnas and Stephanie Baldwin.
