HSU Sgt. Janelle Jackson part of team responding to assist after mass shooting threat at CSUN

HSU Sgt. Janelle Jackson who is also a part-time court bailiff is a member of the California State University Critical Response Unit (CRU).

After working grave shift last night, late morning, Sgt. Jackson was on her way to Southern California to help with the threat of mass shooting at CSUN. The plane didn't leave. At 2:30 p.m, they boarded again and left Humboldt.  Sgt. Jackson will be in Burbank tonight to work the night shift. She is a part of a CRU team consisting of 40 members.

A handwritten letter was found on campus last night.

Last week,  there was another threat which included a swastika and another message with racist, anti-semitic language.
