Victoria Shirley Clark was arrested by Fortuna Police Department yesterday for PC 245 (a) (1), assault with a deadly weapon.
Last time I had checked the court records was in 2015, she had 43 cases in the system at that time. She has previously been arrested in 2015 in Arcata for stabbing and in 2016 for domestic battery.
