Attempted murder suspect Michael Grant aka Tank's jury trial vacated, next court date April 24

Michael Grant had trial confirmation scheduled for one case and a motion to continue in another case. Next court date is on April 24.

Mr. Sanders, who is representing Grant had to previously subpoeba records from the Del Norte County office. One of the cases is an attempted murder case.

Grant is also a witness in the Jesus Garcia homicide.
