If Marci Kitchen shows up to the restraining order hearing next week, will she be taken into custody?

Due to the number of calls and emails on follow up to the Fortuna hit and run case, I sent the following questions to CHP and the Humboldt County DA's office this afternoon.

When investigation is forwarded to the DA's office, will there be a press release?

2. Has any information been released to the DA's office?

3. If Ms. Kitchen shows up to the restraining order hearing next week, will she be arrested?

  1. All that dope money seems to be going a long way to keeping her free.
This hasn't REALLY even made the national news. Almost no one is talking about it outside this blog.
    Something is really wrong here.

  2. I agree I think there is major money behind this. The lack of information is appalling. What else could be taking this long? It's going to be a sad day if the two girls whose life was taken don't get the justice they so deserve.

  3. No justice yet for two girls murdered. That's how the story is unfolding.
