Is filing lawsuits a pattern for Allen McCloskey?

Allen McCloskey, who has filed papers as a candidate for Ward 4 for Eureka City Council made the news when he filed a lawsuit, against St. Joseph's hospital. He has dropped out as of this afternoon.

That is not the only court information on Mr. McCloskey. He has three traffic cases, two for unsafe driving and one for exceeding the speed limit. He paid fines of $20 for one case; $49 for another and $370 for the third case.

He filed five cases; one harassment and four temporary restraining orders against different people. I am not listing their names. two cases have "disposition undefined"; and three were dismissed "due to lack of prosecution."

Allen McCloskey announced on his facebook page that he is running for Eureka City Council.

According to a source, he has taken papers out for the 4th Ward.
