$275,000 bail for suspects arrested in Ukiah home invasion robbery



On 07-09-2019 at about 9:05 pm, the Mendocino County Sheriff's Office Dispatch Center received a 911 call from a person reporting they had just been robbed at gunpoint at their residence located in the 17000 block of Low Gap Road in Ukiah, California.

Preliminary hearing for Aaron Parker, who allegedly exposed himself near EHS, confirmed for now




Intervention was scheduled on July 10 for Aaron Albert Parker. Preliminary hearing scheduled for August 5 was confirmed, for now, with another intervention on 7/24.

DA's amended complaint on Daniella Moore has one change



Date corrected for Count 2. Just spoke with District Attorney Maggie Fleming. The decision hasn't been made yet but she may be handling this case herself.

Defense motion to compel discovery and District Attorney's motion to continue Sean Allman's preliminary hearing was scheduled this morning. He threatened members of Episcopal Diocese of Northern California.

Former Building and Planning Department Patrick McTigue's preliminary hearing was scheduled for July 10. Due to no courtroom availability, it was continued to tomorrow in Courtroom 1. Time estimate is an entire day.

Local therapist Edward Pena charges include a DUI, fleeing the scene and allegations from three female victims


Intervention was scheduled for Edward Pena on July 9. Preliminary hearing on July 11 "remains set." . State Attorney General motion to restrict Pena's license as a therapist, pending criminal proceedings on July 17.

No bail for Daniella Moore was requested by District Attorney Maggie Fleming. Visiting Judge Marjorie Carter agreed that was appropriate in this case.

14 witnesses, 10 day time estimate for murder suspect Christopher Craft's jurisdictional hearing


No other media was in court today for the pre trial hearing for Christopher Craft charged with the murder of Brandon Brocious.

This is a confidential case in the system and so it is important to attend court to get information firsthand.

Daniella Moore is charged with murder and torture and two special allegations. The alleged weapon in this case is shears.

So far, what I have told you about the word on the street" has been accurate. What I have heard is this is similar to the Fr. Eric Freed case.

Instead of his preliminary hearing today, Xandus Edgington entered a guilty plea to Count 2 possession of meth for sale. The plea to Count 2 is an open plea. He is required to register as a drug offender.

Trial confirmation was continued this morning to July 15 for alleged molestor James Hearn. Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin appeared on behalf of his colleague, Mr. David Celli who is Hearn's attorney.

At pre trial  for alleged molestor Patricio Segura on May 14, future dates were confirmed. Trial confirmation was this morning; it was continued to July 15 at the request of Deputy District Attorney Shelby Small. Jury trial is scheduled for August 12. Time estimate is 3 weeks.
