Will Trev and Poppa Rex be in court this morning?

 

Trevor Bohn is charged with two DUI counts and special allegation that BAC was 0.15 percent or more. His arraignment was scheduled this morning. The real question is will Trev be at his arraignment with Poppa Rex by his side? Is Trev at a local alcohol treatment center like I said in my last post? If Rex is there, will he be high fiving bailiffs and attorneys as usual?

So far, other media has ignored this case.

Why is Trevor Bohn having Conflict Counsel appointed? Taxpayers going to pay for his legal expenses. Is he going to provide a financial declaration like every other defendant? I am surprised that a 977 waiver of personal appeaeance was not filed. Most private attorneys would have come prepared with one to file at arraignment.

Trial confirmation is on 2/8; jury trial on 2/20. Both the Deputy DA Herson and Deputy Conflict Counsel Casey are new. I will have to add their first names since the court minutes only list initials.
