Jasen Coley is going to the State Hospital instead of prison

 

Jasen Coley is going to the State Hospital instead of prison. Judge Gregory Kreis ruled that Coley is not guilty by reason of insanity. With three doctors opining the same; this ruling was expected. Victim impact statements were made in court.Placement hearing is on 2/13.

Mr. Michael Robinson and Mr. Dustin Owens are Coley's attorneys. Deputy District Attorney Candace Myers is the prosecutor for this case.

2/13: Placement hearing continued to 2/27 by Judge Gregory Kreis.
