Yesterday, at trial confirmation for HCSO Lt. Sam Williams, defense motion to continue jury trial was granted by Judge Kaleb Cockrum.
An in camera hearing was held in confidential setting and the transcript was ordered sealed by pending further order of the court
2/5/24 date was vacated. Time waiver was withdrawn. Trial confirmation rescheduled for 3/4; jury trial 3/18.
3/4: Trial Confirmation continued to 3/11.
3/11: Trial assignment on 3/15.
3/15: On 3/18 calendar trailing for assignment with motions in limine scheduled.
