Yesterday, Hillary Deskins failed to appear for arraignment. Judge Kelly Neel issued a bench warrant for $10,000. The case filed in 2023 is a merged case with her 2022 HCSO and APD arrests.
Hillary Deskins was arrested on December 20 by HCSO for HS 11364 and HS 11377(a) possession of a controlled substance. She was released on O.R.
On September 16, Deskins was arrested by Arcata Police Department for PC 487(a), grand theft. She has convictions in one 2020 traffic case and one 2022 traffic case; both guilty in absentia.
In addition to the above charges from booking, the DA has charged Deskins with felony vandalism.
2/1: Deskins was arrested by Fortuna Police Department on her bench warrant and booked into custody.
3/15: Second failure to appear for arraignment. Bench warrant issued for $25,000.
