On February 24, at intervention, Daniella Moore resolved her 2019 case by pleading guilty to murdering Hannah Hayhurst, assault on Misty Miller, withdrew her not guilty plea by reason of insanity and waived her right to appeal.
Trial assignment scheduled for 2/24 and jury trial for 2/27 was vacated.
District Attorney Stacey Eads told me, "Ms. Moore entered guilty pleas to 2nd Degree Murder of Hannah Hayhurst and Assault with a Deadly Weapon upon Misty Miller (PC 245(a)(1). She withdrew her not guilty by reason of insanity plea and waived her right to appeal."
Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Moore's attorney. Sentencing is on April 7.
