The agenda for the February 28 Humboldt County Board of Supervisors meeting has one litigation listed. A wrongful termination lawsuit has been filed by Pepper Lopez against the County. She is pro per.
Ms. Lopez is the Yurok Tribe's Wellness Court Coordinator.
There is a case management conference scheduled for 3/3. I have court records I will add later this week.
