On February 3, I reported that Samantha Luna filed a request to make her temporary restraining order against Rashaed M Johnson permanent.
Johnson is an ex co worker according to Luna's paperwork. She claims security at Humboldt's Premium dispensary was present.
I have cropped the first page of CH-100 and CH 110 because it has the name of the two year child Luna shares with Issac McCovey as well as Luna and Johnson's home addresses. One document was filed January 13 and another on January 17.
There was a TRO granted by Judge Gregory Elvine-Kreis but the request for permanent restraining order by another officer of the court was continued because Luna failed to serve Johnson with papers.
Only Elvine-Kreis would grant a TRO with no physical injuries and no evidence to support Luna's alleged claims of stalking and harassment. If there was evidence provided, it should have been included with the paperwork filed and is not displayed with the documents in e-court.
This dufus, apply it to Luna or GEK as he is known at Humboldt Superior Court, are making a mockery of DV and restraining orders which are serious issues.
If GEK had heard Eureka Mayor Kim Bergel's request for a restraining order against Cornelius Loeweinstein, he would have probably granted it. The bufoon has no knowledge of the law.
Other than GEK's anonymous cronies or maybe himself posting anonymously, the overwhelming remarks calling him out on the Robing Room are accurate. Anyone who has filed a complaint with the CA Judicial Commission is not allowed to talk about the complaint. That rule is bs and lack of transparency with Judges protecting their own colleagues.
With GEK being disqualified on several cases by private attorneys and public defenders and his incompetent "management" Humboldt Superior Court is a disaster and his colleagues have to pick up the slack.
Usually, I do not post protective orders but in Brett Watson's case and Luna's case, they were filed as public documents and in both cases, there are parties with credibility issues and unecessary Arcata drama caused by Samantha Luna-tic and Brett- "I can't find firearms among my belongings" Watson.
