Veronica Lynn Roberts was arrested by HCSO yesterday for PC148 (a) (1) resisting arrest, PC 602(m) trespassing, PC 166(a)(4) violating a court order or contempt of court and PC 594(b)(2)(a) vandalism.
In addition to a court case for this arrest, Roberts has two other open criminal cases; one from 2020 and one from 2017.
9/30/25: Roberts is one of many Humboldt arrests I report on the blog. I follow an average of 20 to 30 plus cases a day regularly in addition to other courts and news. Not every arrest gets a follow up for various reasons. Local readers who have followed my blog are familiar why.
Last night, I received several threatening emails from someone claiming to be Veronica Roberts. I forwarded them to my lawyer and HCSO. I did not respond to the email address.
I do not have time to go into all of Roberts' criminal cases and details of outcomes. Here are some court records.
