On 2/8 at his trial confirmation hearing, the DA dismissed the case against Chip Brocious. This was a a week before his jury trial on two alleged misdemeanor counts.
As I wrote on January 10, I was very surprised to see Chip's name on the court calendar. I asked what is the real story behind his arrest?
