Preliminary for sex offender, smash and grab suspect continued because witness is ill

 

Preliminary hearing for second smash and grab suspect, high risk parolee, peeping Tom and convicted sex offender Charles Flinn scheduled for yesterday was continued by DA to today because witness is ill.

A search for Flinn shows 57 cases in the Humboldt Superior Court system.

If it proceeds, I will add an update of the outcome when I have time.
