On 2/9, another alleged Fortuna child molestor, Matthew Dickerson, waived his preliminary hearing and was held to answer to 8 felony counts.
In addition to the 6 felony counts he was originally charged with, the People made a motion to amend the complaint and Dickerson was also held to answer for two additional counts of PC 289 (i),forcible sexual penetration with a foreign object.
The DA had originally charged him with three counts of PC 288(c)(1) lewd or lascivious acts with a minor age 14 or 15 and three counts of PC 261.5(d) unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor.
Arraignment on information is on 2/23.
