Richard Barnett, from Gravette, Arkansas is in custody on federal charges of entering and remaining on restricted grounds, violent entry and theft of public property. He was atrested by the FBI.
The photo is him in Speaker Nancy Pelosi. He also bragged on camera about the item he stole.
Days before the riot, he said he was a white nationalist. These are screenshots taken by a Washington Post reporter and posted on Twitter taken before the Facebook account Barnett maintained under the pseudonym "George Reincarnated Patton" was locked.
