At trial confirmation today for murder suspect Gearold Sotolongo, a further trial confirmation was scheduled for August 31. Jury trial is currently set for September 14.
Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is the prosecutor for this case. Public Defender Marek Reavis asked for the continuance so Sotolongo could talk with his attorney, Deputy Public Defender Wade Orbelian.
