Reader sent a photo of this truck a few minutes ago on Union Street.
Reader said "Saw it this morning and still there as of 1:30 . Not sure whose truck it is but is in front of his house (Humboldt Roofing guy) on Union and Everding.
With no specific time, I will try and see if I can get more information. That is if this was even called in to EPD. I did try reaching Humboldt Roofing.
