Murder suspect Albert Kress refuses to appear via video conferencing so court date continued
Murder suspect Albert Kress' setting for jury trial was scheduled for May 12. He refused to appear via video conferencing. The hearing was continued to June 4.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, inmates are appearing for court via video conferencing. They can refuse to do so.
Kress is charged with the murder of Raymond Prudhomme. Kress also had another 2019 case and a 2018 case on calendar this morning.
