Sentencing for convicted murderer Maxx Robison was scheduled on May 13. It was continued to May 28 at defense's request.
A defense expert is expected to assist with sentencing. The People have received a report from Dr. Williams.
Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is the prosecutor for the case. Mr. Russ Clanton is Robison's attorney. His father in law passed away. Ms. Sara Zalkin appeared in court today for Mr. Clanton.
On March 12, Robison pleaded guilty to the murder of Rhianna McKenzie and attempted murder of Elisha Mansell. Plea details and court minutes are covered in the posts linked below.
