On Saturday night Daryl Anthony Shelton was arrested by EPD for PC 594 (b)(1), felony charge for vandalism at Advanced Security System. He was released on OR.
(Hanson)
On Sunday, Hans Derik Hanson was arrested by EPD
for PC594(b)(2)(A), vandalism where a person maliciously defaces, damages or destroys real or personally property that is not his own. He was also released on OR.
I asked if either of them were arrested for the incident at Advanced Security. EPD Crime Analyst Brittany Powell told me, "The Advanced Security vandalism was not reported to EPD- at least not officially. I don’t know if anyone personally called or texted the Chief or Captains but we do not have any official documentation."
Neither Shelton or Hanson were arrested for the vandalism at Advanced Security.
Shelton was arrested for vandalizing equipment at a local carwash. Hanson was arrested for vandalizing a vehicle near the 300 block of West Sonoma.
