Comedian Sherae O' Shaughnessy was arrested early a.m. by HCSO for PC 243 (e) 1 domestic battery on a spouse/cohabitant. Bail is $25,000.
As of 10:45 a.m. on October 21, she is still in custody. DA has not received any report. O'Shaughnessy must be arraigned by October 22 or she will be released from custody.
She was arrested in 2013 for a misdemeanor DUI; entered a no contest plea in that case. She was arrested in 2010 and entered a guilty plea to battery on John Doe.
